"Rich Sciarrone made the process very easy. His communication was impeccable. We tried to refinance with another local lender right before we met Rich but to our dismay they were unethical, adding fees at the last minute with no notice and had poor communication. We pulled the deal and were hesitant to refinance until we met Rich. We were nervous to initiate another refinance but Rich walked us through step by step and explained everything in full detail up until the last minute. Rich was great!"
